Richard J. Valenta
Chief Executive Officer
Richard Valenta is Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of TK Carsites. Richard is responsible for advancing TK Carsites' vision of helping car dealers deliver their unique selling opportunities to consumers via the Internet. Richard has over 16 years of leadership experience within the automotive and consumer finance industries, having held executive and corporate officer positions in the sub-prime auto lending market.
Richard formerly served as Vice President and Regional Manager for Fidelity Financial Services where he was responsible for over $250M in assets and over 200 employees across five districts in California, Hawaii and Guam. During his tenure with Fidelity, Richard was awarded Regional Manager of the Year in both 1994 and 1995 for achieving the highest growth, lowest losses and largest profit of any region in the company.
Richard presently resides in Orange County with his wife Claudia and their three children, Richie, Matthew and Natalie.
James Bradford
President
James A. Bradford is the President and Co-Founder of TK Carsites. James directs the efforts of the TK Carsites Sales Team and is responsible for the overall sales performance of the company. He has spent the last 8 years cultivating TK Carsites to be recognized nationally as an industry leader in automotive software and website development. His main focus is always to take TK Carsites to the next level.
James has over 15 years of experience as an investment strategist and an entrepreneur. Prior to TK Carsites, James served as Vice President of Sales at Manufacturers Asset Group. He was responsible for managing a staff of 25 brokers, before he earned his own franchised office. James was also Regional Sales Manager at John James Investment Group, he was consistently a top producer for the company. In 1994, 1995, and 1996 James was awarded “Top Sales Broker of the Year” as a Commodities Broker with the Hampton Group.
James presently resides in Huntington Beach with his wife Cynthia, and their three children, Caylee, Brionni, and little Joey. Jim truly takes great joy in being home with his family, just being part of the day-to-day chaos that comes with raising two girls and a little boy!
Philip Sahyoun
Chief Technology Officer
Philip Sahyoun is the Chief Technology Officer of TK Carsites. Philip is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the technology departments and ensuring the company’s technology strategies and initiatives are aligned with our internal and external customer’s needs. Philip has over 15 years of experience functioning in various technology leadership roles across the automotive, financial and entertainment industries. Philip’s successful track record stems from his experience and studies in motivational leadership, team building, project management methodologies, application lifecycle management methodologies, systems and software architecture, design and development.
Philip formerly served as Sr. Director of Application Development at Lending Tree where he oversaw a technical staff of over 40 engineers in the construction and support of the company’s operational systems. Philip most recently served as a Sr. Manager of Systems Development at ACS, Inc. where he was responsible for the staff and systems supporting the various departments with the County of Orange, California.
Philip currently resides in Placentia, CA with his wonderful wife Annie and their 2 beautiful children, Ryan and Owen. With the joys (and time) of raising a family and the gratification (and time) at contributing to TK Carsites’ goals and objectives, Philip finds little time to do anything else. Occasionally he can be found waking up in the middle of the night and taking a load off while jamming to his favorite solo in Guitar Hero™.
James "JD" Rucker
Chief Marketing Officer
James Rucker is the Chief Marketing Officer. He is responsible for overseeing the direction dealer marketing and company marketing. He has personally optimized over 150 individual websites and coordinated the optimization of 1000 websites. James is recognized in the industry as the foremost authority on automotive SEO and is a world renowned social media expert.
James formerly served as the Internet Manager for an automotive dealer group in Oklahoma City, OK where he was responsible for the creation and management of a high volume internet marketing department. Working in this capacity, he acquired his knowledge of SEO before branching out and optimizing other dealers and websites.
James presently resides in Mission Viejo with his wife Tammy and their three children, Jessie, Alexis and Gracie. When he is not working he likes to spend his time with family at the beach and on occasion enjoys a game of golf.
Paula Ma
Director of Application Development
Paula Ma is Director of Application Development. Paula is responsible for leading the implementation for various departments; which include Creative, Application Development, and Program Analysis. Paula Ma has over 10 years of experience in software development. She has industry expertise in automotive, healthcare, entertainment, manufacturing and finance to name a few.
Paula formerly served as Project Manager for Monarch Healthcare where she was responsible for the business intelligence initiatives for the entire company. Paula has also lead IT projects at Lending Tree, Inc. and Hitachi Consulting. She managed cross functional teams and collaborated with various departments within each organization to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Paula presently resides in Orange County with her husband Khai Ma and their son Maxwell. There are plenty of projects in TK Carsites pipeline that keep Paula occupied at work and with a 1 ½ year old at home she’s mastering the art of juggling.
Philip Bland
Director of Internet Technology
Phillip Bland is the Director of Information Technology Services of TK Carsites. Phillip is responsible for overseeing the company's datacenter, systems and technical infrastructure and looking to improve upon the company's offerings by providing higher quality of service and exceeding the company's service level agreements with its customers. Phillip has over 12 years experience, including datacenters, software development, QA, and retail.
Phillip formerly served as Test Lead at Microsoft Corporation, where he oversaw a technical staff of over 4 engineers. Phillip supported Microsoft’s Application Compatibility in the Windows Server division.
Phillip currently resides in Newport Beach, CA with his wife Tara and son, Brody. Phillip loves spending time with them boating, riding bikes and playing in the sand.
William “Chris” Christiansen
Controller
Chris Christiansen is the Controller of TK Carsites. Chris is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day Financial and Human Resource operations of the company. Chris has over 20 years combined experience in the Automotive and Consumer finance industries including managerial positions with Household Finance and Butterfield Savings. Chris also has 10 years with Fidelity Financial Services as a Branch and District Manager in the Southern California region. He was responsible for managing a $150 Million portfolio and 50 employees.
Chris graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management and a Minor in Marketing. He presently resides in Whittier with his wife of 16 years, Julie, and their two youngest children, Taylor and Zachary. Their eldest daughter, Chelsea, lives in Newport Beach and works as a Customer Care Manager at TK Carsites. Chris enjoys golf and spending time with his family when he isn’t working.
Jeneen Arnao
Regional Sales Manager
Jeneen Arnao is the Regional Sales Manager for TK Carsites. Jeneen is responsible for overseeing the cultivation of the market and sales force for the eastern portion of the country.
Jeneen graduated from Northwood University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marketing and Management. Prior to accepting the position at TK Carsites, Jeneen enjoyed over 10 years of Automotive Direct Marketing and ecommerce experience in various sales and management positions with some of the nation’s largest automotive companies such as Dominion Enterprises, Auto Trader, and IMN Loyalty Driver. She also opened her own direct mail/marketing company, Infinity Direct Marketing, and became well known in that industry for her distinguished association with the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the largest certifier of businesses owned and operated by women in the US.
Jeneen lives in the Philadelphia area with her husband, Tom, and lovely daughter, Lexi. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, playing tennis and spending quality time with family and friends.
Barbie Turner
Director of Customer Service
With over 19 years working with Auto Dealers, Barbie brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the TK team.
At Liberty National Bank (Bank One), she worked in the Indirect Lending department coordinating dealer originated loans and leases. She went on to coordinate the Internet Department at one of the top dealer groups in Nashville, TN. That position led her to become a Customer Service Representative for one of the top tier automotive vendors.
They say the cream always rises to the top and Barbie was no exception. Within a few short years Barbie was the Director for Customer Support Services for that vendor.
As the CS Director for them, Barbie directly managed a staff of almost 20 people in over 10 states. She quickly became known as a doer. Managers within the company, and more importantly dealers, realized that Barbie gets things done. Not only did she get things done she developed a skill for taking upset customers and turning around.
